Designed for recycling all kinds of engine oil used in ships, cars and other vehicles, to recovery and regenerate all kinds of inferior engine oil and other kinds of waste oil, including used mineral engine oil, lubricating oil and waste motor oil from car, motor, truck, ship, mines, electrical power and so on. It not only protects the vacuum pump, but also makes the discharge gas clean and accord with environmental requirements.
6. This system adopts advanced indefinite oil temperature control device, which can set the top and bottom oil temperature discretionarily to avoid frequent motions of beating AC contract and prolong the service life of AC contract.
7. This plant is equipped with integrated protection devices. Through each executive component, it can realize overall self-protection to the temperature, pressure, vacuum level, ultra-pressure etc.

Conclusion:

It can not only remove the impurities, water, and acid matters, organic and inorganic acid effectively, but also can remove carbon particulate matters and peroxides. Besides, the bitumen, colloid and other sludge can be removed together.
After treatment by the machines, the color of the treated oil is recovered and the quality indexes are improved too so as to resume the performance of the engine oil, to keep the engine in good lubricating conditions and guarantee lubricating system of gas/diesel engine to work properly and to prolong the service life of the engine and the oil, finally, to economize the expense on oil purchasing and save the oil resource.
